Being part of the team doesn’t just mean supplying high-level racing boards, it’s about leadership, guidance, and creating an environment where riders can reach their full potential. We provide the tools and support athletes need to grow, train, and perform at their best.

As part of the program, Bullet covers the cost of the following benefits for our riders:

• IFCA fin World Slalom & IFCA fin Slalom EUROPEAN Championships – Access to top European events to compete at the highest level.
• PWA Slalom X (all events) – Entry to the professional PWA series, giving riders the chance to compete against the top athletes in the world
• DefiWind – Participation in this iconic endurance event, supporting riders in long-distance racing.
• Annual gym membership – Access to partner gyms for structured, year-round training. (subject to available agreements with our partnered clubs)
• Garmin Instinct 3 Solar GPS smartwatch – Track and analyze training sessions with a high-performance GPS watch (while supplies last)
• Optimum Time watches OE Series: 14R or OE Series: 3 – Professional-grade race watches to manage start sequences during races (while supplies last)

How it works
To join the program, riders must own at least two Bullet boards.
Once inside, each board unlocks one benefit.
2 boards = 2 benefits
3 boards = 3 benefits

The current list of benefits may be expanded over time, always with the goal of providing resources that help riders train and grow.

This initiative is also part of a broader vision: creating a small group of riders who share the same approach to windsurfing, the same mindset toward competition, and the same focus on personal improvement.
Team membership is intentionally limited, ensuring each rider receives consistent support and direct attention from us.

Being part of the group means we will be there when needed: training, race registrations, ongoing feedback, and direct access when you need it. The goal is simple: you focus on racing fast, and we take care of the rest to keep you performing consistently and motivated, because we believe that if you choose to collaborate with a brand, it’s only because you want to reach your goals, and when you do, we succeed together.
